Taco Salad w/ Avocado Dressing

Start by sautéing onions on the stove and once they’ve cooked a bit, start cooking the ground beef.

Next you’ll need some pinto beans, corn, cheese (I used Colby Jack), and diced avocado.

Next, use two avocados to make a salad dressing. Add a couple dashes of cumin and taco seasoning, the juice of one lime, some chopped onion, a splash of lemon juice, 1/3 cup of hot sauce, and some olive oil to make the dressing less thick.

Chop up two to three heads of Romaine lettuce.

Recipe:

2-3 heads of Romaine lettuce

Ground beef

1/2 chopped onion

1 cup corn

1 cup pinto beans

1 cup Colby Jack cheese

3 avocados

Cumin

Taco Seasoning

Juice of one lime

Splash of lemon juice

Olive oil
