Spinach Artichoke Dip
I love this spinach artichoke dip because it has a very special ingredient….wine 🙂 It gives the dip a wonderful flavor!
What you’ll need:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayo
2 6oz jars of marinated artichokes – 1 original, 1 spicy
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3-4 big handfuls of baby spinach
1/8 cup white wine (preferably Chardonnay)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Dash of crushed red pepper
Mix all this together and put into a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve with pita bread or tortilla chips. Enjoy!!!
