Kalamata Olive & Artichoke Pita Bread

Happy Wednesday! As promised, a new yummy recipe! This takes all of two minutes to put together and 5-10 to bake!

Start with one piece of store bought pita bread and spread 1 tbsp of pesto on it.

Add some Kalamata olives and artichokes to the bread (drained of all liquid).

Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese over the bread…

 & put in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

And that’s it! Cut into sixths and you have a great appetizer 🙂

1 tbsp pesto

1/4 cup parmesan
