Cover the tortilla with refried beans and add cheese to half of it.
Add a layer of chicken on top of the cheese and some cherry tomatoes over the beans.
Saute some chopped onion and throw those on top of the tomato halves.
Add the rest of your cheese and then very carefully, fold the tortilla in half.
Let the quesadilla cook on the stove at medium heat until the cheese has melted and the tortilla browns. Garnish with sliced avocado, sour cream, and jalapenos.

1/8 cup refried beans
1/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
Handful of halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup chicken (diced or shredded-Rotissere works great!)
1/8 cup sautéed onion
Dollop of sour cream
