Prosciutto Pizza with Ricotta and Goat Cheese
Does this not look so amazing?
Cook your pizza dough for 8-10 minutes. Mix 1/4 cup of Ricotta and 1/4 cup of Pesto and spread over the cooked pizza dough.
Add sliced Mozzarella Cheese and chunks of Goat cheese….mmmmm so good!
Caramelize 1 medium onion and throw those on, along with 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese.
Bake for another 7-8 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
When the pizza comes out of the oven, immediately top the pizza with prosciutto and arugula. Drizzle some white truffle oil over the top and enjoy!
